Containing a bottle each of our current release 2023 Pinot Nouveau and Pinot / Syrah, it has you covered for two different styles for every occasion!
Our Pinot Nouveau is your classic chilled red. Super fruity, vibrant and easy drinking for those warm days and evenings. It’s all cherries, strawberries and raspberries with some beautifully soft floral jasmine notes.
Our Pinot / Syrah is interlaced with juicy ripe plums with lovely herbal undertones and spice (white pepper), velvety tannins and complexity for a slightly more robust wine.
Winemaking notes
PINOT NOUVEAU
Produced using destemmed whole berries, which underwent natural fermentation. We poured the juice over by hand, without any pump overs or plunging. Fruit was foot crushed then basket pressed to tank. Wine was then racked by gravity twice then bottled unfined and unfiltered. Hand bottled by us. No added sulphites.
PINOT / SYRAH
100% whole bunch, wild ferment. Fruit underwent carbonic maceration prior to pressing. Wine was then blended and racked by gravity before being hand bottled by us. Unfined and unfiltered. No added sulphites. Vegan friendly.
