Dry with medium acidity. Vibrant and fluorescent with cherry red hues. Strawberries, watermelon and blueberry danish on the nose. Fresh strawberries, guava and watermelon on the palate on entry, fine tannins progressing to a savoury finish. Subtle herbaceous notes. “Campari-esque”. Lightly effervescent.
Winemaking notes
Handpicked. Fruit underwent carbonic maceration for 10 days prior to pressing. Wild ferment. Unfined and unfiltered. Vegan. No added sulphites.
