Pét Nat Duo | Twin Pack 2021 & 2022
This delicious duo features a bottle of each of our 2021 & 2022 Pét Nat.
The 2021 Pét Nat is a Pinot noir & Chardonnay blend of which we wrapped up for some carbonic maceration action prior to pressing. It is vibrant and fluorescent with cherry red hues. Strawberries, watermelon, blueberry danish...This is our more savoury and textural of the two! It’s super interesting, delicious and thought provoking. A great wine for great discussions! We like to describe it as “Campari-esque”.
Our 2022 Pét Nat is much more classic in style. It is predominantly Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of The Wrekin vineyard Pinot noir. It is crisp and dry with bright acidity. Passionfruit, strawberries, freshly cut tangelo and creaming soda. You can drink glass after glass of this one! We much prefer to sip and savour the 2021 in comparison.
